You are looking at one brand new Tandy Leather Craftaid Plastic Stitching Template. This item 76633-00 is great for spacing 5, 6, 7 and 8 holes per inch patterns. This 7" x 9" plastic sheet is laid over moistened leather and with the back of a spoon or modeling spoon transfer the patterns.
